Mountain Dew asked us to reconnect with its heartland fans. They had been ignored for far too long. We uncovered a very simple truth. The heartland male feels like his identity is being co-opted by culture. From the way he dresses, to the way he talks, to the way he lives his life. So, we wrote a country song that expressed how he was feeling. We struck gold. The video garnered almost 3 million views and put Dew back on the map in the middle of the country.
